It has been a LONG time since I have done any projects, but I wanted to go to the party with Ashley and Whitney. I pulled out some old projects.
Back in the day, I think I did every project possible. The last projects that I have done are collages. I still have all of the stuff to make one for Jordan's office, but I just can't get motivated. One of these days I might work on it.
This first on was for Jordan's bedroom. As you can see, she loves hot pink.
The next one I made was for Janelle's bedroom at her apartment.
The final two were from a class I took at a scrapbooking store. You start out with the Christmas tree with the countdown numbers. Every day you replace a number with an ornament until the tree is full. Karsyn and Landrie really enjoy doing this to countdown until Christmas.
With each of these, I used the 2 inch thick canvas. They are about 24 x 36. All of these have been made with scrapbook paper. I started out randomly gluing the paper on the canvas and then finished off the edges with paint. I used Mod Podge over the entire picture and then glued on treasures. One little tip, put the hook on the back before you start working on your project. It is much easier than after you are finished.
